Cookie Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how PropMotion AI Inc. ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on propmotionai.pro (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Site after interacting with our cookie banner, you consent to optional cookies only as described below and recorded in your preferences.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function, remember preferences and — with consent — understand how visitors use pages. Similar technologies include local storage entries, session identifiers and pixel tags. In this policy, we refer to these collectively as "cookies" unless a distinction matters.
2. How we use cookies
We group cookies into categories based on purpose. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Site cannot operate securely without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and load only if you accept them through our banner or save custom preferences. Your choices are stored for six months in a consent cookie named pmai_cookie_consent, after which we will ask again.
3. Cookie categories
3.1 Strictly necessary
These cookies support core functionality such as security, load balancing, cookie consent storage and form protection. They do not require consent under Canadian privacy guidance because the Site cannot provide the service you request without them. You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies while using the Site.
- pmai_cookie_consent — stores your cookie preference JSON (necessary, analytics, marketing flags). Duration: 6 months. First-party.
- Session / security cookies — may be set by our hosting provider to maintain secure connections and prevent abuse. Duration: session or short-term. First-party / infrastructure provider.
3.2 Analytics (optional)
Analytics cookies help us understand aggregated traffic patterns — pages viewed, referral sources, device types — so we can improve content and performance. We configure analytics to avoid collecting unnecessary personal identifiers where possible. Analytics cookies are disabled unless you choose "Accept all" or enable Analytics in "Customise".
- Plausible Analytics or equivalent — privacy-oriented page-view analytics without cross-site advertising profiles, if enabled. Duration: up to 12 months. First-party / vendor.
- _ga / _gid (Google Analytics) — only if we enable Google Analytics in a given deployment; distinguishes users and sessions. Duration: up to 24 months. Third-party. Disabled by default until consent.
3.3 Marketing (optional)
Marketing cookies may be used to measure advertising effectiveness or deliver relevant campaigns on third-party platforms. We use these sparingly and only with consent. They are disabled unless you accept marketing cookies.
- Conversion / remarketing pixels — e.g. LinkedIn Insight Tag or Google Ads conversion tag if configured. Duration: vendor-defined, typically 30–90 days. Third-party. Disabled by default until consent.
4. First-party vs third-party cookies
First-party cookies are set by propmotionai.pro. Third-party cookies are set by vendors whose scripts load after consent — for example analytics or advertising partners. Third-party vendors process data under their own privacy policies. We select vendors with reasonable security and data minimization practices and document material subprocessors in our Privacy Policy on request.
5. How to manage consent
When you first visit the Site, a banner offers three choices:
- Accept all — enables strictly necessary, analytics and marketing cookies;
- Reject all — enables only strictly necessary cookies;
- Customise — lets you toggle analytics and marketing independently.
You can change preferences at any time by clearing site cookies in your browser and revisiting the Site to trigger the banner again, or by contacting [email protected] for assistance.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through settings. Blocking all cookies may impair Site functionality, including form submission and consent memory. Consult your browser's help documentation for instructions. Industry opt-out tools for interest-based advertising may also be available in your jurisdiction.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. There is no uniform standard for responding to such signals. We honour cookie consent choices recorded through our banner. Where analytics is not consented, we do not load optional analytics scripts.
8. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove vendors, change categories or respond to regulatory guidance. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes may be highlighted on the Site or through the cookie banner.
