PropMotion AI Inc. is a real-estate AI consultancy and proptech studio based on Brant Street in Toronto's King-Spadina design district. We build automated valuation models, comparative market analysis, price forecasting and deal-pipeline intelligence for brokerages, developers, REITs, asset managers and investors across Canada and North America — always with senior data scientists and real-estate analysts in the loop. We are not a licensed brokerage, not a mortgage or investment business, and not a listings portal or course.

Our Suite 200 studio sits in a low-rise building on Brant Street — walking distance to the brokerages, design firms and mixed-use blocks our geospatial data often describes. Toronto neighbourhood texture matters when you build market analytics for the Canadian market. We work with client organizations from SME scale-ups to enterprise portfolios, on project scope and retainers that respect how real-estate teams actually decide.

The name is deliberate: Prop means property and real estate, not a film prop or betting proposition. Motion means market and deal momentum — real estate in motion — not video animation or marketing motion graphics. AI means predictive analytics and machine learning models with human-in-the-loop review, not autonomous buy/sell decisions. The .pro TLD is branding only.

Fair-housing compliance

Search, scoring, content and valuation systems are tested for discriminatory outcomes. Model bias and fairness checks must comply with fair-housing and human-rights law across Canada.

Data governance

PIPEDA-aligned handling of personal and property data is built into every engagement. Client organizations retain ownership of their data; we document retention, access and cross-border processing in plain language suitable for enterprise security posture reviews.

Measurable outcomes

We define success criteria in discovery — comp freshness, error bands, review rates — not vague transformation language. Roadmaps are phased so scale-ups and enterprises can fund incrementally across North America.
